It has an exceptional flavour from the meat used, which is 100% Iberian pork. These animals are reared in the wild in the holm oak forests of Extremadura.
Extremadura is one of the most prosperous ecosystems for the breeding of the 100% Iberian pig.
The pigs are fed on a completely natural diet of acorns, roots and grasses.
