Serrano Ham

Spanish Serrano ham is without doubt the most internationally renowned Spanish cured meats product.

The word "Serrano" comes from "Sierra" which refers to the mountainous area where the hams were traditionally dried in the cellars. This was cured thanks to extreme temperatures and a dry climate.
