Very good Turrón de Jijona of the best quality. "Supreme Quality".
Made with natural products and without additives. The best almond used is the Spanish "Marcona" almond.
This nougat is prepared with the same technique by the producer Manuel Picó since 1770.
This Jijona nougat is of "Supreme Quality" which is the best quality. It is made following the tradition Turronera.
The only ingredients of this nougat are "Marcona" almonds 68%, honey, sugar, egg white.

problem

I'm very familiar with this nougat; I've ordered it several times.
The last one I received was drier; it crumbles into pieces when you cut it. The expiration date is 2027, so it's not a matter of it being too old.
Do you have an explanation?
