Boneless Iberian shoulder ham from 100% Iberian pigs fed exclusively on acorns, roots and grasses in the holm oak forests of southwestern Spain. Hams from Extremaduran farms and cured in Extremadura are highly appreciated for their quality.
These Extremaduran Iberian hams and shoulders have very good fat infiltration in the muscles. The 100% Iberian breed and a perfect and balanced diet result in excellent Iberian hams.
The shoulders are matured for 24-28 months.
