Salt and ham are the only ingredients of this magnificent Serrano ham.

This ham is cured for a minimum of 18 months in natural drying sheds in the Sierra de Granada. Extreme temperatures in winter and in summer with a very dry climate give perfection to this product.

The drying sheds are totally natural in order to obtain the best ham.
