It is a very high-quality ham from the southwestern region of Spain, specifically Andalusia.

The Andalusia region is one of the most favorable areas for breeding Iberian pigs and curing hams.

Natural maturation without mechanical means from 20 to 24 months.
For optimum ham quality, cereals and water are kept at a great distance for the animals to exercise. This greatly favors the infiltration of fat into the muscles. In this way, fat-infiltrated meats with excellent flavor are obtained.

Ingredients: Iberian shoulder, salt, preservatives (E-252 and E-250) and antioxidant (E-301).
