Acorn-fed Iberian ham from 50% free-range Iberian pigs. The feed is based on acorns, herbs and roots. Each animal feeds on 8-10 kg of acorns per day and travels many kilometers during the day, which gives this ham its exceptional flavor.
The 50% Iberian hams are less fatty than the 100% Iberian hams but they are also very tasty.
This Iberian ham comes from the region of Extremadura, where we find hams of excellent quality.
The curing process is completely natural, without any mechanical means and exclusively in curing cellars.
