Boneless acorn-fed Iberian ham from Valle de los Pedroches, sourced from 100% Iberian pigs.

Pigs raised in freedom and fed on acorns in the oak and cork oak forests of the Pedroches Valley region in the province of Córdoba.

This ham has an extraordinary flavor thanks to the pigs' diet, which is very rich in acorns. The Iberian pigs used to make this ham have large areas where they spend the day eating an average of 8 to 10 kg of acorns per day between October and March.

Their diet is supplemented with roots and herbs in oak and cork oak forests that are certified to produce the finest acorn-fed ham.

The curing process for this ham is completely natural and slow. No mechanical means are used. Temperature and humidity are regulated by opening and closing the cellars depending on the weather.

This ham is cured for 48 months, which gives it extraordinary flavors and aromas.
