Boneless Iberian shoulder ham from 50% Iberian pigs fed exclusively on cereals, roots and grasses in the holm oak forests of southwestern Spain. The shoulders from Extremaduran farms and cured in Extremadura are highly appreciated for their quality.
These Extremaduran Iberian hams and shoulders have very good fat infiltration in the muscles. The Iberian breed and a perfect and balanced free-range diet result in excellent Iberian hams.
The shoulders are matured for approximately 24 months.
