Excellent Iberian loin of organic acorn-fed pork from 100% Iberian pigs reared free-range in the holm oak forests of the Extremadura region of southern Spain.

We especially recommend this organic loin because it is one of the best loins we can find in Spain.

Extremadura is the cradle of Iberian ham with large areas of forest where each pig has at least one hectare to feed on acorns. This means that 100 pigs will have at least 100 hectares to roam and eat acorns, roots and herbs.
The amount of acorns that each pig will eat will be 8-10 kg per day. This gives an excellent taste to hams, loin and chorizo.

In the case of ORGANIC pork loin, the oak areas where the animals are raised are certified ORGANIC and guaranteed free of pesticides, treatments and GMOs.
