High-quality Cebo de Campo Iberian pork shoulder from Andalusia without additives

This shoulder is made from 50% Iberian pigs raised in total freedom on a diet based on herbs, roots and cereals. Water and feed are separated by at least 100 meters to allow the pigs to work their muscles. Totally artisanal production with no additives and no mechanical means of maturing, based on the microclimate of the Sierra de Huelva. This gives this Iberian shoulder an exceptional taste compared to other Iberian shoulders of similar characteristics.
