Iberico ham "cebo de campo" without additives from Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the forests of the province of Huelva, in Andalusia.

Sliced 80 grs.

The product is totally natural since only salt is added to produce this ham and the curing of the hams does not use mechanical means.

The product dries naturally in cellars thanks to the microclimate of the region and to a regulation of humidity and temperature that is done by opening and closing the windows

This ham comes from 50% Iberian breed pigs which makes them a little less fatty but very good. It has a very good quality/price ratio.

The values per 100 grams are as follows: Energy value: 303 Kcal / 1261 KJ, Protein: 32.3 g, Carbohydrate: 0.1 g, Total fat: 19.2 g (including 7.81 g of saturated fatty acids) , Sodium: 1.94 g.
