If your product is defective you can return it to us and we will replace it. For reasons of food safety we do not accept returns other than by product defect.

Because Iberico hams are fatty by nature, we do not accept returns due to fat.

To return a product you must contact us to authorize the return. The deadline is 10 days from receipt.
