Boneless Serrano ham from Trevélez in pieces of varying weights.

The Trevélez ham we offer is a preservative-free Serrano ham, and the only ingredients are ham and sea salt.
This Trevélez ham on the bone usually weighs between 9 and 10 kg, so it will be cured for at least 23 months.

This ham is produced in the province of Granada, in the Sierra Nevada, at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,750 meters. This area has a very dry and very cold climate in winter and hot summers. The microclimate and purity of the air in Trevélez are ideal for completely artisanal production. No artificial means are used to cure the hams.

This ham has no additives. Composition: pork and sea salt.

apart from the chorizo the rest is not worth it, very bad loin and the salty and tasteless ham

There are not many comments on this product as the comment system has not been installed for a long time.
It is a high quality product with no additives and natural curing.
However, everyone's taste in salt is personal and we have different perceptions. What seems salty to some people seems to be low in salt to others.
This ham has an average amount of salt to suit more or less all tastes.
If you had returned it to us when you received it, we would have changed it, as there may be one ham that is saltier than another. They are natural products and not industrial. The salt absorption is natural and it is not an industrial recipe.
It is better to talk to us directly about the problem.
