Very good, sliced, ORGANIC acorn-fed Iberian salchichón from 100% Iberian pigs reared free-range in the holm oak forests of the Extremadura region of southern Spain.

Extremadura is the birthplace of Iberian ham with large tracts of forest where each pig has at least one hectare to feed on acorns. This means that 100 pigs will have at least 100 hectares to roam and eat acorns, roots and herbs.
The amount of acorns each pig will eat is 8-10 kg per day. This gives an excellent taste to hams, loin and sausage.

In the case of ORGANIC sausage, the oak areas where the animals are reared are certified ORGANIC and guaranteed free of pesticides, treatments and GMOs.
