Organic Pata Negra Shoulder 100% Iberian from the southwest region of Spain.
This organic shoulder comes from animals, farms and oak forests certified organic. In these productions we obtain Iberian pata negra ham and purebred 100% Iberian shoulders that will have a black strap that certifies the quality of the product and a green strap that guarantees that it is organic.
This shoulder has no additives, no nitrates and no preservatives. The only ingredients are ham and salt.

Organic 100% Iberian bellota Pata Negra shoulder.
In these productions, apart from perfect breed purity, we will also check that the breeding and the oak forests are certified to receive organic breeding.
In addition, the Iberian Pata Negra shoulders and hams from these farms have no nitrites and no additives. The only ingredients are ham and salt.
Each animal feeds only on acorns, grasses and roots in large areas certified organic and also certified for the breeding of Iberian bellota pigs. There is therefore a double control on the quality of these products.
The maturing is also completely natural. About 24 months, or two years, resting in the cellars where there is only natural air circulation.
Each Iberian Pata Negra shoulder of this production will have two colored straps, one black to certify it as 100% Iberian Pata Negra Bellota and another green one that certifies it as ORGANIC.
