Paco & Lola Vintage 2018

Paco & Lola Vintage 2018 is a high-end wine, special, made with grapes from the 2018 harvest, a 100% Albariño aged on lees in stainless steel. It is an Albariño that evolves in bottle, with strong personality and marked varietal character. Elegant and persistent, with a modern and avant-garde conception.

Breeding on its fine lees, performing a weekly "bâtonnage" for 1 year. Once the ageing is finished, it remains in stainless steel tanks for another 4 years, to finally be stabilised and bottled.
