It comes in two halves. Each half individually vacuum packed.
The animals have been raised in the wild in the oak and cork forests of the region of Extremadura where they feed on a large quantity of acorns, herbs and roots.
The forests where they feed are certified for the breeding and growth of the organic pig and are free of any contagious products.
Each pig walks many kilometers in these natural paradises to feed approximately 8 to 10 kilos of acorn per day.
This acorn-rich diet with the daily exercise of the pigs gives an exceptional product with fat infiltrations in the shoulders with an extraordinary taste.
It is also a product without any additives, the only ingredients being 100% Iberian pork shoulder and salt.
