There are no additives in this pallet. The only ingredients are the shoulder and salt.
It comes from pigs that have been raised in freedom in the dehesas of Extremadura, in the southwest of Spain.
The animals feed only on acorns, roots and herbs in huge forests of certified organic oaks.
It is a very natural product as the curing of the shoulders from 22 to 28 months is done without artificial means. The shoulder is made slowly in cellars where the climate of the region is very dry and very cold in winter and very hot in summer.
Each animal has at least 10,000 square meters to have a diet rich in acorns.
