It comes from purebred Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the pastures belonging to the production area of Jabugo.
Its diet consists mainly of acorns, as well as roots, flowers and natural grasses.
The entire production process is controlled and verified by the Jabugo PDO regulatory board.
Jabugo hams are a benchmark of high quality and are considered the most prestigious Iberian hams in Spain.
