This Cabernet Sauvignon is undoubtedly one of the best in Spain. In 2014 it was selected by "Wine Spectator" as one of the 100 best wines in the world.

Made entirely from vines grown in the clay-limestone soils of the Valdepusa Estate (Malpica del Tajo, Toledo), owned by the Marquis of Griñón's family since 1292. Manual harvest, followed by de-stemming and unloading by gravity into the fermentation tanks. Prolonged maceration for up to 4 or 5 weeks and ageing in new French Allier oak barrels for 12 -15 months in an air-conditioned ageing facility.

Ruby red colour with a high layer, intense aroma of red fruits of the forest and spices, cinnamon, tobacco, structured and powerful chocolate in the mouth.
