The authentic sobrassada is a charcuterie from Majorca.
It can be enjoyed on its own, on a good bread or to prepare dishes and tapas.
Our favourite tapa with sobrassada is hot combined with melted Idiazabal cheese.
Product available in 250 grs and 800 grs. format. Sweet or spicy.
The large format is in natural casing.
Ingredients: Bacon (antioxidants B.H.A., B.H.T. and propyl gallate), lean pork, paprika, salt, dextrose, spices, stabilizers (pentasodium triphosphate).
