Boneless acorn-fed Iberico shoulder from 100% Iberian breed pigs.

Production without nitrates or additives. The only added ingredients are salt.

Pigs raised and fed acorns in the oak and cork oak forests of the Jabugo region.

Each pig has at least one hectare where it stays all day from October to March eating acorns, roots and herbs. This means that in a 100 hectare forest there will be a maximum of 100 pigs.

This ensures that each animal eats a minimum amount of acorns. Knowing that the forests where they graze are certified

Curing is totally natural with regulation of temperature and humidity by opening and closing the windows of the cellars.

As it is a product without additives and of natural healing we can say that it is a 100% natural product.

Curing time is up to 24 months depending on the weather and size of the pieces

This boneless shoulder has the official black seal that certifies that it is a 100% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder Pata Negra.
