Svmma Varietalis - Marqués de Griñon 2015

Red wine from the Marqués de Griñon's Dominio de Valdepusa. Produced with different varieties of grapes. It is a modern wine, with a strong character and mineral.

Grape variety: 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Syrah, 13% Petit Verdot.

Harvested by hand followed by gravity discharge into the fermentation tanks. Maceration of up to 4 or 5 weeks and ageing in new and semi-new French Allier oak barrels for 12 months in a cellar at a constant temperature. This wine is not filtered or clarified.

Cherry colour, garnet edge.

Expressive aroma, creamy oak, ripe fruit, fine cocoa, wild herbs.
