Cinco Jotas 5J is the iconic brand of Bellota Pata Negra Iberian ham, a symbol of excellence since 1879.
Founded in 1879, Cinco Jotas (5J) is recognised as the gold standard for 100% Pata Negra acorn-fed (Bellota) Iberian ham. Raised in the wild in the dehesas of Andalusia, 5J Iberian pigs feed exclusively on acorns during the montanera. The result is a ham of unrivalled quality, with intense flavours and a melt-in-the-mouth texture, cured for a minimum of 48 months.
