100% Iberian bellota Pata Negra ham, certified organic, sliced by knife.

This ham has no additives and the only ingredients are ham and salt.

The ham comes from pigs raised in the wild in the oak forests of southern Spain. Each animal feeds solely on acorns, herbs and roots in large tracts of land that are certified organic and also certified for breeding Iberian bellota pigs.

Maturation is also totally natural, lasting around 36 months.

To enjoy this ham, we recommend opening it in advance and leaving it out of the fridge. Alternatively, without opening it, you can run it under a hot-water tap to bring it up to temperature.
